Cost depends on the type of instruction (review, drafting, negotiation or litigation) and the complexity of the matter. You always receive a written fixed fee before accepting the engagement.

- Notary and Land Registry — official scale, only if the deal is executed as a public deed.
- Court fees and procurador — only where a court claim is necessary.
- Sworn translations and apostilles — only where foreign documents are involved.

Realistic timescales
Reviewing or drafting a contract normally takes a few days. A negotiation between parties usually closes within weeks. If the matter goes to court, timescales depend on the court and are set out in writing from the start.
